MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 79-:LO-2-25 (Waiver Use)

On January 14, 1980, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 26 P M Present Robert D Bennett, Robert F Nash,
Gerald Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop and Robert E McCann Absent

The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No 54-3, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to
a use permit submitted by Burger Chef Systems, Inc , requesting permission to
L construct a restaurant on the west side of Farmington Road, north of Seven Mile
Road in the Southeast 1/4+ of Section 4, City of Livonia
There were approximately thirty-five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 15 P M , January 14, 1980
