HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1980-02-25 NECESSITY FIVE-ELM 18404 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF FIVE-ELM SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 24 On February 25, 1980, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8 16 P M Present Robert D Bennett, Robert F Nash, Gerald D Taylor and Robert R Bishop Absent Alice Gundersen, Robert E McCann and Peter A Ventura The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for the proposed street improvement of the Five-Elm Subdivision located in Section 24, lir City of Livonia There were approximately forty people present Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 54 P M , February 25, 1980 ,,/t-(7' c 1 ADDISON W CON CIT CLERK
