MINUTES OF THE ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-SECOND SPECIAL MEETING
lomOF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8, Chapter IV of the City Charter,
the above meeting was held. March 1, 1976, at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road,
Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Chairman Robert F. Nash at approximately
7 45 P. M. . Roll was called with the following result: Present--Robert F. Nash,
Robert D. Bennett, Robert R. Bishop and. Jerry H. Brown. Absent--} ter A. Ventura,
Terry Raymond and. Robert E. McCann.
Elected and appointed, officials present: Edward. H. McNamara, Mayor,
Addison W. Bacon, City Clerk, Harry C. Tatigian, City Attorney, and Ronald Mardiros,
City Assessor.
By Councilman Bennett, seconded by Councilman Bishop, it was
#163-76 RESOLVED, that pursuant to the provisions of Section 5, Chapter
VIII of the Charter of the City of Livonia and upon the recommendation
of the Mayor, dated February 25, 1976, the Council does hereby confirm
the reappointment of Mr. Edward J. Pringlemeir, 31150 Morlock, Livonia,
Michigan, to the Board of Review of the City of Livonia for a term of
three years, commencing February 17, 1976 and expiring February 16, 1979.
A roll call vote was taken on the foregoing resolution with the following result:
AYES: Bennett, Bishop, Brown and Nash.
NAYS. None.
On motion of Councilman Bishop, seconded by Councilman Brown, and
unanimously adopted, this 162nd Special Meering of the Council of the City of Livonia
-as duly adjourned at 7 50 P. M., March 1, 1976.
