HomeMy WebLinkAboutELEC COMM 1957-10-14 MINIMS OF MEETING OF TIE ELECTION COMISSION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA October 14, 1957 A meeting of the Election Commission of the City of Livonia was held on Monday, October 14, 1 57, at 10:00 A. N., at 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, at which time all of the members of said Commission: William W. Brashear - Mayor Marie W. Clark - City Clerk dilliam N. Ponder - City Attorney were present. Pursuant to Section 5, Chapter III of the Charter, the City Clerk presided over the meetiru as Chairman of the Commission. Careful consideration was liven to the matter of appointing a board of inspectors of election for each election precinct of the City, pursuant to Act #271 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1955, as amended, to function as such at the Wayne Couhty Special election to be held November 5, 1957. On motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried bq the affirmative vote of all three members of the Commission, it was RESOLVED that, the following respective persons are hereby appointed members of the following respective election precincts of the City of Livonia: Pct. #1.
