HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1969-12-15 PETITION 1969-09-02-20 11048 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 69-9-2-20 (Waiver Use) SECTION 33, CITY OF LIVONIA On December 15, 1969, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:36 P. M. Present: Edward H. McNamara, Peter A. Ventura, Jerry Raymond, Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent: Rudolf R. Kleinert. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by Rodney C. Kropf, attorney for George W. Grabenhorst and Nu-Process Industries, Inc., requesting permission to construct a coin car wash as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Stark Road and Farmington Road in Section 33, City of Livonia. Mr. Kropf represented the petitioner. Questions and comments from those interested were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
