MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITION NO 69-4-1-14
On August 6, 1969, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 7 15 P M Present--Edward H McNamara, Peter A Ventura,
Edward G Milligan, Jerry Raymond, Robert E. McCann, and Robert F Nash
Absent--Rudolf R Kleinert
Pursuant to Section 23.06 of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance,
the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior
to the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed change
and all other requirements of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have been
fulfilled.
The President stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth
in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the
City Zoning Act (M S A Section 5.2934) , as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of
Livonia is holding a public hearing relative to a request for a change in the
Zoning Ordinance
Petition No 69-4-1-14 submitted by Attorney John F Dooley for
William V Titus and John Giacobozzi for a change of zoning of
property located on the southeast corner of Paderewski and Five
Mile in Section 24 from R-1 to C-2
Questions and comments from those interested were given due consider-
ation by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The public hearing was declared closed at 7 30 P M , August 6, 1969
