HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1969-05-14 PETITION 1969-01-02-03 10471 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 69-1-2-3 (Waiver Use) SECTION 1, CITY OF LIVONIA On May 14, 1969, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:13 P. M. Present--Edward H. McNamara, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Peter A. Ventura, Robert F. Nash, Edward G. Milligan. Absent--Jerry Raymond and Robert E. McCann. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a Public Hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by Keith Metcalf, Inc. , Agent for Minnie Pearl's Chicken System, Inc. requesting permission to build and operate a Minnie Pearl's Chicken System, retail outlet as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located on Middlebelt Road between St. Martins and Bretton Road in Section 1, City of Livonia. Questions and comments from an interested person were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
