HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1969-06-11 SAD HENRY RUFF 10538 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR INSTALLATION OF PAVEMENT ON THE WEST SIDE OF HENRY RUFF ROAD IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF LYNDON AVENUE (N. W. CORNER) IN SECTION 23 On June 11, 1969, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:14 P. M. Present: Edward H. McNamara, Rudolf R. Kleinert, *Jerry Raymond, Robert E. McCann, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent: Peter A. Ventura and Robert F. Nash. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, of the City of Livonia, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure", and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 401, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing for the purpose of reviewing the assessment roll for the proposed installation of pavement on the west side of Henry Ruff Road immediately north of Lyndon Avenue (N. W. Corner) in Section 23 of the City of Livonia. *Councilman Raymond arrived at 7:17 P. M. There was no one in the audience relative to the above matter.
