HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1969-03-19 SAD LYNDON AVENUE 10313 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE PROPOSED OPENING OF LYNDON AVENUE FROM FAIRWAY DRIVE TO A POINT APPROXIMATELY 300 FEET WEST OF FAIRWAY DRIVE IN SECTION 20 On March 19, 1969, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:02 P. M. Present--Edward H. McNamara, Robert E. McCann, and Robert F. Nash. Absent--Rudolf R. Kleinert, Peter A. Ventura, Jerry Raymond, and Edward G. Milligan. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, of the City of Livonia, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure", and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 401, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing for the purpose of reviewing the assessment roll for the proposed opening of Lyndon Avenue from Fairway Drive to a point approximately 300 feet west of Fairway Drive in the southeast 1/4 of Section 20 in the City of Livonia. There were no comments from the audience regarding the above matter. The public hearing was declared closed at 7:03 P. M., March 19, 1969. ADDISON W. BACON, ,:jaty erk
