HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1968-10-14 NECESSITY STARK GARDENS 9962 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY OF INSTALLING STREET LIGHTS IN STARK GARDENS SUB. AND PART OF KOLOFFIS GREENBRIAR MEADOWS SUB. #3 On October 14, 1968, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 9:00 P. M. Present--Edward H. McNamara, Peter A. Ventura, Robert F. Nash, Robert E. McCann, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--Rudolf R. Kleinert and Jerry Raymond. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, of the City of Livonia, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure", and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 401, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing for the purpose of determining the necessity of installing ornamental street lights with underground wiring in Stark Gardens Subdivision in the S. W. 1/4 of Section 21 and Lots 106b & 107b, 108a & 109a, 134a & 135a, and 136a & 137a of Koloff's Greenbriar Meadows Subdivision #3 in Section 21, City of Livonia. There was no one present regarding the above matter. The public hearing was declared closed at 9:01 P. M., October 14, 1968. ADDISON W. BACt' '4" t ,lerk
