HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1968-06-24 SAD WESTLAND INDUSTRIAL PARK 9681 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL RELATIVE TO PAVING AND STORM DRAINAGE IN WESTLAND INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISION NO. 1 IN SECTION 27 On June 24, 1968, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 8:12 P. M. Present--Edward H. McNamara, Peter A. Ventura, Jerry Raymond, and Robert E. McCann. Absent--Rudolf R. Kleinert, Robert F. Nash, and Edward G. Milligan. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, of the City of Livonia, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure", and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly pub- lished and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 401, as amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing for the purpose of reviewing the assessment roll for the installation of paving and drainage improvements in Westland Industrial Park Subdivision No. 1 located in the S. W. 1/4 of Section 27 of the City of Livonia. There were no comments regarding the above matter. The public hearing was declared closed at 8:13 P. M., June 24, 1968. ADDISON W. BACON, City Clerk
