MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITION NO. 67-1-1-2
On May 24, 1967, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at approximately 8:12 P. M. Present--Peter A. Ventura, *Jerry Raymond, Robert F.
Nash, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--Rudolf R. Kleinert, Edward H. McNamara, and
Jack Salvadore.
The President stated that pursuant to Section 23.06 of Ordinance No. 543,
the Zoning Ordinance, the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen
(15) days prior to the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the pro-
posed change and all other requirements of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance,
have been fulfilled.
Petition 67-1-1-2, for change of zoning in Section 6 from RUFC to M-1,
excluding commercially zoned property, initiated by the City Planning Commission.
There were eight people in the audience.
*Councilman Raymond arrived at 8:25 P. M.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed at
8:37 P. M., May 24, 1967.
