MINUTES OF THE ONE HUNDRED SIXTH SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8, Chapter IV of the City Charter,
the above meeting was called, at the request of the Mayor, on December 12, 1966, at
the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, with the following Council
Members and other City personnel in attendance: Peter A. Ventura, Rudolf R. Kleinert,
Jerry Raymond, Robert F. Nash, Jack Salvadore, Edward G. Milligan, Edward H. McNamara,
Addison W. Bacon, City Clerk; Virginia G. Handzlik, Deputy City Clerk; James Miller,
Personnel Director; Steve Polgar, City Attorney; Harry C. Tatigian, first Assistant
City Attorney; David A. Perry,Assistant City Attorney; Victor C. Phillips, Budget
Director; Donald Nicholson, Director of Public Safety.
After a preliminary discussion on parlimentary procedure, the meeting was
not called to order.
