MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHTH REGULAR
MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
On June 16, 1965, the above meeting was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at approximately 8 36 P. M. . Roll was called with the following result: Present--
Rudolf R Kleinert, Peter A Ventura, Charles J Pinto, Daniel C. Allen, John F Dooley,
Edward H McNamara and James R McCann Absent--None
By Councilman McNamara, seconded by Councilman Allen, it was
#593-65 RESOLVED that, having considered the veto of the Mayor, dated
June 8, 1965, which vetoed Ordinance No 534, an amendment to Ordinance
No 60, containing Petition z-657, adopted by the Council at its regular
meeting held on June 2, 1965, the Council does hereby readopt Ordinance
4534, pursuant to the provisions of Section 24, Chapter IV of the City
Charter.
A roll call vote was taken on the foregoing resolution with the following result
AYES* Dooley, McNamara, McCann, Allen and Kleinert
NAYS: Ventura and Pinto
The President declared the resolution adopted and the Mayor's veto over-ruled
On motion of Councilman Ventura, seconded by Councilman McCann and
unanimously adopted, this adjourned 498th regular meeting of the Council of the
City of Livonia was duly adjourned at 8:39 P. M., June 16, 1965
