MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-FOURTH REGULAR
MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
On May 19, 1965, the above meeting was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at approximately 8 22 P. M. Roll was called with the following result: Present--
Rudolf R Kleinert, Peter A Ventura, Daniel C Allen, Edward H McNamara and James R
McCann. Absent--John F Dooley.
By Councilman Ventura, seconded by Councilman McCann, it was
#494-65 RESOLVED that, having considered the veto message of the Mayor
dated May 12, 1965, pertaining to resolution #438-65, and having been ad-
vised that the City Planning Commission, at a regular meeting on May 18, 1965,
granted approval to the proposed plat of Tiffany Park Subdivision No. 3, the
Council does hereby readopt the previously adopted resolution #438-65, there-
by indicating concurrence with the City Planning Commission action of May 18,
1965, in granting approval to said proposed plat of Tiffany Park Subdivision
No 3, and does hereby refer to the Committee of the Whole the matter of the
acceptance of the dedication by the developer of Lhe westerly three acres
of the proposed ten acre parksite lying westerly of the proposed plat of
Tiffany Park Subdivision No. 3, and the purchase from the developer of the
remaining seven acres of the proposed parksite, provided, however, that in
the event the Mayor should withdraw his veto of May 12, 19o5, and the
proprietor should withdraw his letter of April 26, 1965, the action taken
hereby is determined to be null and void and shall be of no effect what-
soever
A roll call vote was taken on the foregoing resolution with the following result
AYES: Allen, McNamara, McCann, Ventura and Kleinert
NAYS: None
The President declared the resolution adopted
On motion of Councilman Allen, seconded by Councilman McNamara and
unanimously adopted, this adjourned 494th regular meeting of the Council of the City
of Livonia was duly adjourned at 8 25 P. M. , May 19, 1965
