HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1965-05-10 PAVING SECTION 24 Page 7192 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING RELATIVE TO INSTALLING PAVING ON THE NORTH 1/2 OF LYNDON AVENUE, BETWEEN HARRISON AND GARDEN AVENUE IN SECTION 24, CITY OF LIVONIA On May 10, 1965, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 8.15 P. M Present--Rudolf R Kleinert, James R McCann, John F. Dooley, Edward H McNamara and Daniel C. Allen Absent--Peter A Ventura The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401, as amended, of the City of Livonia, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment Procedure", and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to proper- ty owners in accordance with said Ordinance No 401, as amended, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing for the purpose of determining the necessity of installing paving on the north 1/2 of Lyndon Avenue between Harrison and Garden Avenues in Section 24, City of Livonia. Questions and comments by interested persons were given due consideration by the Council. There being no further comments, the public hearings were declared closed at approximately 8.27 P.
