MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED THREE HUNDRED SEVENTJJia'H REGULAR
MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
On July 18, 1962, the above meeting was held at 33001 Five Mile Road,
Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at ap-
proximately 7:20 P. M. Roll was called with the following result: Present-- Sydney
B. Bagnall, John T. Daugherty, William E. Parks, Rudolf R.Kleinert, John F. Dooley
and Edward H. McNamara. Absent-- James R. McCann,
By Councilman Daugherty, seconded by Councilman McNamara, it was
#529-62 RESOLVED that, resolution #477-62, adopted by the Council on
June 27, 1962, and vetoed by the Mayor, be readopted word for word as
previously introduced.
A roll call vote was taken on the foregoing resolution with the following result:
AYES: Dooley, McNamara, Daugherty, Parks and Bagnall.
NAYS: Kleinert.
The President declared the resolution adopted and the Mayor's veto over-ruled.
By Councilman Parks, seconded by Councilman Daugherty, it was
#530-62 RESOLVED that, resolution #1. 79-62, adopted by the Council on
June 27, 1962, and vetoed by the Mayor, be readopted word for word as
previously introduced.
A roll call vote was taken on the foregoing resolution with the following result:
AYES: Dooley, McNamara, Daugherty, Parks and Bagnall.
NAYS: Kleinert.
The President declared the resolution adopted and the Mayor's veto over-ruled.
By Councilman Kleinert, seconded by Councilman Parks, it was
#531-62 RESOLVED that, resolution #487-62, adopted by the Council on
June 27, 1962, and vetoed by the Mayor, be readopted word for word as
previously introduced.
A roll call vote was taken on the foregoing resolution with the following result:
AYES: Kleinert, Dooley, Daugherty, Parks and Bagnall.
NAYS: McNamara.
The President declared the resolution adopted and the Mayor's veto over-ruled.

By Councilman Dooley, seconded by Councilman Daugherty, it was
#532-62 RESOLVED that, resolution #5011-62 be readopted as previously
adopted on June 27, 1962:
RESOLVED that, the President of the Council appoint a citizen of this
community to represent the City of Livonia on the Citizens Advisory Com-
mittee for Wayne County Community Renewal Program.
A roll call vote was taken on the foregoing resolution with the following result:
AYES: Kleinert, Dooley, McNamara, Daugherty, Parks and Bagnall.
NAYS: None.
The President declared the resolution adopted and the Mayor's veto over-ruled.
On motion of Councilman Daugherty, seconded by Councilman Kleinert and
unanimously adopted, this adjourned 370th regular meeting of the Council of the City
of Livonia was duly adjourned at 7:30 P. M., July 18, 1962.
