MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED FOUR HUNDRED FIFTH REGULAR MEETING
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
On April 24, 1963, the above meeting was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at approximately 8:00 P. M. Roll was called with the following result: Present--
Sydney B.Bagnall, John T. Daugherty, William E. Parks, John F. Dooley, Edward H.
Mc Namara and James R. McCann. Absent-- *Rudolf R. Kleinert.
By Councilman McCann, seconded by Councilman Daugherty, it was
RESOLVED that, the Council having considered the veto of the
Mayor, dated April 17, 1963, which vetoed Ordinance No. 431, adopted by
the Council at its regular meeting held April 10, 1963, the Council does
hereby readopt Ordinance No. 431, pursuant to the provisions of Section
24, Chapter IV of the City Charter.
A roll call vote was taken on the foregoing resolution with the following result:
AYES: Bagnall,
NAYS: Dooley, McNamara, McCann, Daugherty and Parks.
The President declared the resolution denied, are the veto of Ordinance No. 431
upheld.
*Councilman Rudolf R. Kleinert arrived at 8:25 P. M.
On motion of Councilman McNamara, seconded by Councilman Parks and
unanimously adopted, this adjourned 405th regular meeting of the Council of the
City of Livonia was duly adjourned at 8:26 P. M., April 24, 1963.
