L MINUTES OF THE SEVENTY-EIGHTH SPECIAL MEETING CF THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF LIVONIA
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8, Chapter IV of the City Charter,
the above meeting was held on May 15, 1963, at the City- Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road,
Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at
approximately 8:00 P. M. Roll was called with the following result: Present--
Edward H. McNamara, John F. Dooley, John T. Daugherty, Rudolf R. Kleinert and
William. E. Parks. Absent-- Sydney B. Bagnall and James R. McCann.
By Councilman Kleinert, seconded by Councilman Parks and unanimously
adopted, it was
#345-63 RESOLVED that, an exception is hereby made to resolution #116-63,
adopted on February 20, 1963, and in lieu of the regular meeting which
would automatically have been held on wednesday, May 22, 1963, there is
hereby called a regular meeting of the Council for 8:00 o'clock P. M., on
Tuesday, May 21, 1963, at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia,
Michigan.
On motion of Councilman Dooley, seconded by Councilman Kleinert and
unanimously adopted, this 78th Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Livonia
was duly adjourned at 8:01 P. M., May 15, 1963.
