REQUEST TO APPROVE 2016 ROAD REPAIR PROGRAM: Engineering Division, re: as reviewed by the Citizens Advisory Committee on roads for the fourth year of the ten-year road paving millage approved by Livonia residents. 6. AWARD OF CONTRACT: Engineering Division, re: for the 2016 Concrete Road Repair Program - Contract 16-C. 7.
