MINUTES OF THE SIXTY-SEVENTH ;SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8, Chapter IV of the City Charter,
the above meetin was held on October 1.6, 1961, at 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia,
Michigan, and was called to order by the President of. the Council at approximately
7:40 P. M. Roll was called with the following resul t: Present-- Jack Salvadore,
William N.Ponder, Rudolf R. Kleinert, John T. Daugherty and Sydney B. Bagnall
Absent-- Austin T. Grant and James R. McCann.
By Councilman Kleinert, seconded by Councilman Sal vadore and unanimously
adopted, it was
#723-61 RESOLVED that, the Council does her by acknowledge receipt of
the annual budget of the City of Livonia for the fiscal. year commencing
December 1, 1961, as prepared by the Mayor and filed by the Mayor with the
Council on eeptember 15, 1961, and the Council doe.; hereby set a public
hearing thereon to be hel a on Monday, November 6, 1961, at 6:30 o'cl ock P.M.,
at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mil e Road, Livonia, Michigan, in accordance
with the provisions of Chapter VII of the City Charter, and the City Clerk
shall give notice of such publ is hearing in accordance and pursuant to the
provisions of the City Charter.
By Councilman Kleinert, seconded by Councilman Salvadore and unanimously
adopted, it was
#72L-61 RESOLVED that, regular meets rgs of the Council of the City of
Livonia for the month of November, 1961, be held on Monday, November 6th,
Monday, Nov amber 13th and Monday, November 27th.
On motion of Councilman Kleinert, seconded by Councilman Ponder, and
unanimously adopted, this 67th special mee ting of the Council of the City of Livonia
was duly adj ourned at 7:50 P. M., October 16, 1961.
