On October 12, 1960, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Councilman Daugherty, who acted as Chairman, at approximately 8:12 P.M. Present-- John T. Daugherty, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Austin T. Grant, James R. McCann, Jack Salvadore and *Robert Sasser. Absent-- Sydney B. Bagnall. The Chairman stated that, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 31, as amended, of the City of Livonia, and licewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with Section 12 of said Ordinance No. 31, as amended, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing for the purpose of reviewing the special assessment roll on the installation of electric street lighting on Hathaway, Minton, Westfield and Grandon Streets from Middlebelt to Harrison; Hartel from Grandon to West Chicago; Sunbury and Brentwood Streets from Dover to Grandon; Dover Street from Sunbury to Harrison; and Harrison Street from Joy Road to West Chicago, in a portion of Section 36 in the City of Livonia. *President Sasser arrived at 8:20 P. M., and presided over the balance of the hearing. Questions and comments by interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk. There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed at approximately 8:25 P. M., October 12, 1960. '.rie W. Clark, City Clerk
