MINUTES OF THE THREE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIFTH REGULAR MEETING
OF Tha COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA______________
On January 4, 1961, the above meeting was held at 33001 Five Mile Road,
Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at
approximately 8:15 P. M. Roll was called with the following result: Present--
Sydney B. Bagnall, James R. McCann, Rudolf R. Kleinert, John T. Daugherty and
Austin T. Grant. Absent-- Jack Salvadore.
By Councilman McCann, seconded by Councilman Grant and unanimously
adopted, it was
#6-61 RESOLVED that, the minutes of the 324th regular meeting of the
Council of the City of Livonia held January 3, 1961, are hereby approved.
By Councilman Kleinert, seconded by Councilman Grant and unanimously
adopted, it was
L #7-61 RESOLVED that, pursuant to Section 6 of Chapter VIII of the
Charter of the City of Livonia, the Board of heview (Tax Assessments)
shall convene for its first session on Tuesday, March 7; Wednesday,
March 8, and Thursday, March 9, 1961; and that such Board shall convene
for its second session on Monday, March 20; Tuesday„March 21, and Wed-
nesday, March 22, 1961, at the Court house, 33211 Seven Mile Road,
Livonia, Michigan, during the hours of 9:00 A. M., to 4:30 P. M., on
each of said dates, and such additional meetings as may be necessary,
except that on March 8 and March 22, the sessions shall also be held
between the hours of 7:00 P. M., and 9:00 P. M.
On motion oi Councilman McCain, seconded by Councilman Daugherty and
unanimously adopted, this 325th regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Livonia was duly adjourned at 8:2) P. M., January 4, 1961.
