MINUTES OF TiE FORTY-FIRST SPECIAL }EETING
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
On November b, 1957, the above meeting was held at 33001 Five Mile Road,
Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order at approximately 8:21 P. M., by the
President of the Council. Roil was called with the following result: Present —
Austin T. Grant, Frank O'Neill, Sydney B. Bagnall, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Peter A.
Ventura and John T. Daugherty. Absent -- David L. Jones.
The City Clerk, Marie W. Clark, read a letter from the Harry Sosnick
Management Company regarding Ann Arbor Trail Subdivision.
By Councilman Kleinert, seconded by Councilman Bagnall and unanimously
adopted, it was
#8?3-57 RESOLVED that, pursuant to the request of It. Robert D.
Schaible, Secretary of the Harry Sosnick Management Company, dated
November 1, 1957, the Council does herein reaffirm approval given
the proposed Ann Arbor Trail Subdivision, located in part of the
South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/14 of Section 31, City or Livonia, by
Council resolution #132-57, adopted June 10, 1957; subject to all
terms and provisions of such resolution.
On motion of Councilman Bagnall, seconded by Councilman O'Neill and
unanimously adopted, this 141st special meeting of the Council of the City of
Livonia was duly adjourned at 8:31 P. M., November 4, 195?.
