MINUTES OF THE ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-FOURTH REGULAR MEETING
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
On April 5, 1956, the above meeting was held at 33001 Five Mile Road,
Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order at approximately 8:17 P. M., by the
President of the Council, John T. Daugherty. Roll was called with the following
result: Present-- John T. Daugherty, David L. Jones, Harry R, Killam, Rudolf R.
Kleinert, John K. Whitehead and Nettie Carey. Absent-- Wilson W. Edgar.
The President stated that the sole purpose of this meeting is to read
and approve the minutes of the previous meeting. Thereupon the City Clerk read
the minutes of the 163rd regular meeting held March 26, 1956.
Councilman Kiilam was excused at 8:20 P. M., aid returned at 8:23 P. M.
President Daugherty relinquished the chair to Vice President Kleinert at
8:20 P. M., and was excused for the balance of the meeting.
By Councilman Whitehead, seconded by Councilman Carey, it was
#200-56 RESOLVED that, the minutes of the 163rd regular meeting of
the City Council held March 26, 1956, are approved as read.
A roll call vote was taken on the foregoing resolution with the following result:
AYES: Jones, Ki.ilam, Whitehead, Carey and Kleinert.
NAYS: None.
On motion of Councilman Carey, seconded by Councilman Killam, and
unanimously adopted, this lbiith regular meeting of the City Council waa duly
adjourned, the time of this adjournment being 8:33 P. M., April 5, 1956.
