WAIVER OF NOTICE OF THE NINTH
SPECIAL DATING OF THE COUNCIL
I, the undersigned, do hereby waive any and all notice
of the time and place of holding the Ninth Special Meeting or
any adjournment thereto of the Council of the City of Livonia on
July 12, 1951, at 8:00 P M.; and I do hereby consent to the holding
of such special meeting with the same effect as if I were personally
present, and I do further consent to and approve the purpose of such
meeting which is to open sealed bids submitted for construction of
storm sewer to serve the new Ford Tank Plant; and I do further consent
to the taking of any action of the Council on said bids.
