WAIVERS OF NOTICE OF THE TENTH
SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL
We the undersigned do hereby jointly and severally
i waive any and all notice of the time and place of holding the
Tenth Special Meeting of the Council of the City of Livonia on
July 18, 1951, at 12:55 P M , and we do hereby consent to the
holding of such special meeting with the same effect as if we
were personally present; and we do further consent to and
approve the purpose of such meeting which is to consider the
purchasing by the City of Livonia of Lots 286, 287, 288 and 289
of Garden Grove Subdivision; and we do further consent to the
IItaking of any action of the Council on the purchase of said
property.
