PRESENT: Commissioners Gordon Draper, Jim Policelli, Kevin Priddy, Cindy Quinn - Ventura and Officer Joseph Boitos. Also in attendance: Mr. and Mrs. Donovan and James A. Santini, Jr. and David F. Allyn, P.E. from TIA The minutes of the meeting of February 14 2008 were reviewed. Mrs. Donovan presented several pictures of the area and stated that since Jackson Center is no longer used as a school, there was no need for the parking restriction. Thecommission agreed. Upon a motion by Mr. Draper, seconded by Mr. Policelli, and unanimously adopted, it was 10-08 RESOLVED, That the commission approves the removal of the NO PARKING Sign in front of 14507 Ingram. The commission postponed reviewing the Police Deparnaent's update on Ann Arbor Road and Newburgh because the M -DOT report still has not been received. The commission reviewed Traffic Control Survey Recommendations regarding Section 11. Upon a motion by Ms. Quina -Ventura, seconded by Mr. Policelli, and unanimously adopted, it was 11-08 RESOLVED, That the commission approves the Traffic Control Recommendations regarding Section 11 with the amendments noted. Upon a motion by Mr. Priddy, seconded by Mr. Draper, and unanimously adopted, it was 13-08 RESOLVED, That the commission approves the request from the Police Deparhnent to rescind the order and remove NO TURN ON RED sign for southbound Middlebelt at West Chicago. The commission reviewed Traffic Control Orders 08-07 through 08-14.
