Upon a motion by Mr. Draper, seconded by Ms_ Kmrksey, and approved„ with the exception of Kevin Priddy who abstained, it was 03-51 RESOLVED, That the commission minutes for September 11, 2008 be approved as presented Mark McCusker presented a petition signed by neskfents in the area of Kennedy School and an aerial view of the Kennedy School property He addressetl his concerns for the children's safety with the removal of STOP sgns in the area Sergeant Studs stated he is working with the prinapal regarding the parking siMatmon at the school. After much discussion with other residents present, the following resolution was made_ Upon a motion by Mr_ Draper, seconded by Ms_ QuinwVentura, and unanmmously adopted, it was 0352 RESOLVED, that the commission will request the Traffic Improvement Association to review the area of Kennedy School and make a recommendation regarding traffe concerns in this area. Upon a motion by Mr_ Draper, seconded! by Ms_ Kmrksey, and unanimously adopted, it was 0353 RESOLVED, that the commission approves the following requests from the Police Department <I—@f IsupportLists]—>a_ <I—[entlif]—>Remove NO PARKING on the west side of Brookfield, Five Mile to 200 feet south of Five Mile (TCO ]6-1). After discussion regarding Bayberry Ct at Harrison, T IA will be requested to review the need for STOP signs_ and the commission will annit the area and discuss it at the December meeting. Upon a motion by Mr Draper, seconded by Mr Policelli, and unanimously adopted, L was WB RESOLVED, that the commission postpones when on the recommendations for Section 13 until the December meeting after TIA has had an opportunity to review the Bayberry Ct. at Harrison area. Ms_ Kulhoff was unable to attend this meeting. The commission will posilone when on this request until the December meeting.
