Agenda Rem 2: Anthony D'Agosrino expressed concern with vehicle parking on Lancaster Court specifically, vehicles parked in the circle part of the court which limit trash, delivery and other vehicles in the area. Anthony is requesting no parking signs on the street. A total of five homes are on this street There was a good exchange of parking habits, issues and various options and their effects in the neighborhood. Anthony agreed to approach and discuss these options with his neighbors and will return at a future meeting to discuss father. No father action is required at this time. Agenda Item 3: Kyle Bentley, Came Giasidlo and Pat Reed all expressed concerns with vehicle parking on Eagle Street. Due to the extreme weather condition and mow plowing, vehicle parking on both sides of the street has created hazardous and limited driving on the street. This has been an ongoing concern with school activities at Churchill High School and the limited parking at the Career Center, but this winter has "choked off' street traffic. Fortunately, they had the benefit of hearing the discussion and options that were presented to Anthony D'Agostino; however, they have the option to approach and work through a neighborhood association. This group will return at a later date and discuss the issue further. At this time, no further action is required. Agenda Item 4: Joe Steele affirmed that the Livonia Police Department is authorized to issue temporary Traffic Control Orders (TCO's) for suspending "No Tom on Red" signs on east and west bound Schoolcmft during the rebuilding of the I-96 Freeway. Upon a motion by Gordon Draper, seconded by Jim Policelli, it was approved by majority vote that: 14-145 RESOLVED to affirm that Livonia Police Department is authorized to issue temporary TCO's during the rebuilding of the 196 freeway this year. NonAgendaItem: Bruce Mastan identified an area near the intersection of Pmkdale, Raleigh and Van Court in section 32. Winter weather conditions and normal street traffic have eroded the soft shoulder creating a potential driving hazard. Todd is familiar with this area and the conditions and will have a crew review and provide any corrective action. He will advise the commission if any further action is required. Agenda Item 5: Todd provided a brief update on the I-96 construction plan. It now appears that the start date will be April 5. This should not affect the completion date.
