Letter of April 25, 2013, from James J. Vreoman, Police Officer, as approved for submission by
Curtis Caid, Police Chief, requesting a waiver of the the residency requirement.
Departmental Correspondence of April 22, 2013 from Shedd Whitehead, Fire Chief regarding
additional information requested in reference to the previously requested step increase for
Richard Frizzell, Firefighter.
