(CMI), to provide the City with claims administrative services; FURTHER, authorizing the Mayor and the City Clerk to enter into a contract for the period of December 1, 2013, to November 30, 2014, with Midwest Employers Casualty Company, to provide the City with excess insurance coverage. j.
