#342-12, approving the appointment of James Joseph Jolly as Substitute
Magistrate of the 16t District Court, effective October 20, 2014, and
extending to November 30, 2014; and further approving a per hour
compensation of $40.00 per hour and a flat $50.00 fee per call for after-
hours search warrant issuance for the Substitute Magistrate, with no
additional fringe benefits.

the residency requirement.
5. Letter dated December 5, 2014, from Colin Williams, Police Service Aide, as
approved for submission by Curtis Caid, Police Chief, requesting a waiver of the
residency requirement.
6. Letter of December 5, 2014, from Jack E. Kirksey, Mayor, requesting a promotional
