SYNOPSIS OF THE MINUTES OF THE 249 SPECIAL MEETING
LIVONIA CITY COUNCIL – OCTOBER 22, 2014
Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by President Brosnan. Present: John
Pastor, Brian Meakin, Laura Toy, Lynda Scheel, Susan Nash, Brandon Kritzman, and
Maureen Miller Brosnan. Absent: None.
Councilmember Toy congratulated NYX, Incorporated on their success and thanked
them for investing in their business here in Livonia.
AUDIENCE COMMUNICATION: None.
NEW BUSINESS:
#324-14 Resolution by Pastor and Toy, unanimously adopted, approving an
MAD
FAT
application for Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate submitted by Daniel Laible,
Assessr
CFO & Executive Vice President, NYX Incorporated, for building improvements,
Plan
machinery and equipment, as well as furniture and fixtures at their facility located at
38900 Plymouth Road, Livonia, MI 48150, for a period of 12 years. (Industrial
Development Overlay District #112)
