The 93' Special Meeting of the Civil Service Commission was held on Monday, August
28, 2006. The meeting was called to order at 5:12 p.m.
Members Present: Harry C. Tatigian, Chairperson
Ron E. Campau, Commissioner
Members Absent: Charlotte S. Mahoney, Commissioner
Also Present:
Yvonne Lillibridge, President, AFSCME Robert F. Biga, Human Resources Director
Union Local 192 Derrick L. Washington, Personnel Analyst II
Debbie Seeman, Secretary, AFSCME Gretchen Guisbert, Secretary III

The Chairperson stepped down to second the following motion:
Upon a motion by Mr. Campau, seconded by Mr. Tatigian and adopted, it was
06-144 RESOLVED, That having reviewed the request for approval
of the contract between the City of Livonia and AFSCME Union Local 192,
the Civil Service Commission does hereby approve the contract between
the City of Livonia and AFSCME Union Local 192 for the period December
1, 2004 through November 30, 2007, to be submitted to City Council for
their review and joint approval.
Upon a motion by Mr. Campau, seconded by Mr. Tatigian and adopted, it was
RESOLVED, That the special meeting be adjourned at 5:13 p.m.
