The 108th Special Meeting of the Civil Service Commission was held on Wednesday,
September 23, 2015. The meeting was called to order at 4:08 p.m. by Chairman Cambridge.
Members Present: James R. Cambridge, Chairman
Charlotte S. Mahoney, Commissioner
Harry C. Tatigian, Commissioner
Also Present: Denise C. Maier, SPHR, Human Resources Director
The Human Resources Director requested (in writing) that the Commission go into a Closed
Session for the performance review discussions.
Upon a motion by Ms. Mahoney, seconded by Mr. Tatigian and unanimously adopted, it was
15-149 RESOLVED, that the Civil Service Commission approved going
into a 'closed session' at 4:15 p.m., in the Fifth Floor Gallery of City Hall,
pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Open Meetings Act, to discuss a public employee
performance evaluation for Human Resources Director.
Closed session minutes under separate cover will not be available to the public.
Upon a motion by Mr. Tatigian, seconded by Ms. Mahoney and unanimously adopted, it was
15-150 RESOLVED, that the Civil Service Commission approved returning
to open session at 5:15 p.m., in the Fifth Floor Gallery of City Hall, pursuant to
Section 8(a) of the Open Meetings Act.
Upon a motion by Ms. Mahoney, seconded by Mr. Tatigian and unanimously adopted, it was
RESOLVED, That the special meeting be adjourned at 5:18 p.m.
