APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-04-22: Mary Gorman, west side of Bainbridge (18963)
between Seven Mile and Hillbrook, seeking to install a six (6) foot tall vinyl privacy
fence while maintaining the existing chain link fence. Double fences are not allowed.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-04-23: Richard Bidwell, west side of Stark (9491)
between Pinetree and Ann Arbor Trail, seeking to erect a detached garage, resulting
in excess garage area.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-04-24: Madonna University, west side of Levan (14363)
between Schoolcraft and Five Mile, seeking to erect a student dormitory building,
resulting in deficient side yard setback.
