APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-09-54 (Tabled on September 12, 2017): Nicholas Roach,
south side of Pollyanna (16303) between Farmington and Burton, seeking to erect a six
(6) foot tall wood privacy fence upon a corner lot, resulting in excess fence height and
erecting the privacy fence in the side yard, which is not allowed. Privacy fences cannot extend
beyond the rear line of home toward the front property line. This fence does not align with
the corresponding fencing to the rear of this property.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-10-56: Lazelle Jones, Jr., west side of Sunset (19943)
between Fargo and Pembroke, seeking to construct a detached garage while maintaining an
attached garage and shed, resulting in excess number of garages and garage area.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-10-57: Patsy Girnys, west side of Melrose (14611) between
Lyndon and Barkley, seeking to erect a detached garage while maintaining an unenclosed
carport (considered a garage), resulting in excess number of garages and garage area. The
two existing accessory buildings shall be removed.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-10-58: Bridget David, east side of Milburn (20180) between
Pembroke and Eight Mile, seeking to construct a detached garage, resulting in deficient
side yard setback.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-10-59: William Boyington, north side of Alabama (31428)
between Fredrick and Merriman, seeking to erect a six (6) foot tall vinyl privacy fence in
the side yard, which is not allowed. Privacy fences cannot extend beyond the rear line of the
home to the street.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-10-60: Lauren Mancini, 15408 Ellen Drive, Livonia, MI
48154, on behalf of Carlo Arciero, east side of Irving (18347) between Curtis and
Pickford, seeking to erect a single family dwelling upon property, resulting in deficient area,
width and front yard setback. Any existing buildings to be removed.
