HomeMy WebLinkAboutZBA AGENDA 2017-12-12 APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-10-61 (Tabled on October 24, 2017): Patrick and Dianne Tarbet, west side of Wayne (9535) between Ann Arbor Trail and West Chicago, seeking to construct a detached garage while maintaining an attached garage, resulting in excess number of garages, garage area and the detached garage being excess in height. The existing shed to be removed, which is 198 square feet. This increases the total area of “outbuilding” to 1718 square feet. APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-12-66: Jeff Lowery, 32517 Pardo St., Garden City, MI 48135, seeking to maintain a four (4) foot tall vinyl privacy fence, erected without a permit and placed in the side yard to the front of the house on property located on the east side of Oporto (9144) between Dover and Grandon, which is not allowed. All privacy fences must not extend beyond the rear of the home toward the street. APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-12-67: Jeff and Vanessa Schembri, east side of Wayne (18100) between Curtis and Bennett, seeking to construct a detached garage while maintaining an attached garage, resulting in excess number of garages and garage area. APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-12-68: Laurentiu Gherase, west side of Savoie (16565) between Grove and south end, seeking to erect a six (6) foot tall wood privacy fence within the side yard, which is not allowed. Privacy fences must not extend beyond the rear line of the dwelling toward the front property line. APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-12-69: Mike Adams, west side of Merriman Court (19833) between Seven Mile and north end, seeking to erect a six (6) foot tall wood privacy fence in the side yard, which is not allowed. Privacy fences cannot extend beyond the rear line of the dwelling toward the front of the lot. APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-12-70: Howard Whitaker III, east side of Blackburn (9900) between Elmira and Orangelawn, seeking to construct a detached garage, resulting in excess garage area.
