APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-10-61 (Tabled on February 6, 2018): Patrick and Dianne
Tarbet, west side of Wayne (9535) between Ann Arbor Trail and West Chicago,
seeking to construct a detached garage while maintaining an attached garage, resulting in
excess number of garages, garage area and the detached garage being excess in height.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2017-12-67 (Rescheduled from February 6, 2018): Jeff and
Vanessa Schembri, east side of Wayne (18100) between Curtis and Bennett,
seeking to construct a detached garage while maintaining an attached garage, resulting in
excess number of garages and garage area.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2018-03-04: Teresa Garon, west side of Harrison (16601)
between Terrence and Stanmoor, seeking to erect a detached garage prior to
constructing a new dwelling, which will have an attached garage, resulting in excess
number of garages, garage area and constructing an accessory building (detached
garage) prior to a principal building, which is not allowed.
