APPEAL CASE NO. 2018-03-05: Stephen Graham, south side of Hees (36095)
between Crown and Linville, seeking to erect a six foot tall wood privacy fence on a
corner lot, resulting in excess fence height and erecting the fence in the side yard, which
is not allowed. Privacy fences must not be closer to the front lot line than the rear line of
the home.
In accordance with Title II of the American with Disabilities Act as it pertains to access to Public Meetings, the Zoning Board of
Appeal’s Office of the City of Livonia upon adequate notice, will make reasonable accommodations for persons with special
