AWARD OF CONTRACT: Department of Parks & Recreation, re: for carpet installation at the Jack E. Kirksey Community Recreation Center. 9. REQUEST TO APPROVE LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR A PORTION OF CITY OF LIVONIA GLENDALE PROPERTY: Department of Law, re: with Consumers Energy for annual rent of $30,000 for a one-year term beginning in May, 2018, with ability to extend the agreement up to three years at the same annual rent.
