AWARD OF CONTRACT USING THE QUALIFICATION-BASED SELECTION (QBS) PROCESS: Public Service Division, re: to provide environmental engineering services to monitor, sampling, data evaluation, and reporting at the City’s Type III landfill and former Act 87 landfill, and other related projects for five (5) years beginning July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2023. 16. REZONING PETITION: Planning Department, re: Petition 2018-03-01-04 submitted by Comfort Care Senior Living, requesting to rezone the property located on the north side of Plymouth Road, between Farmington and Stark Roads (34020 Plymouth Road), in the Southeast ¼ of Section 28, from C-1 (Local Business), C-2 (General Business), and RUF (Rural Urban Farm) to OS (Office Services).
