Stockbridge, Webberville, MI 48892, seeking to erect two wall signs on property located on the north side of Schoolcraft (29330) between Middlebelt and Cardwell, resulting in excess number of wall signs. APPEAL CASE NO. 2018-06-21: Todd Dickson, north side of Richland (33676) between Farmington and Stark, seeking to remove the roof off an existing nonconforming detached garage and install a new roof which creates an excess garage height. Nonconformity is based on the existing size of the detached garage of 817 sq. ft., where only 720 sq. ft. is allowed. APPEAL CASE NO. 2018-07-23: John MacFarland, east side of Fairfield (18060) between Six Mile and Curtis, seeking to erect a detached garage while maintaining an attached garage, resulting in excess number of garages and excess garage area. The existing shed and pool have been removed. APPEAL CASE NO. 2018-07-24: Mancina Construction, LLC (Frank Mancina), 14700 Gary Lane, Livonia, MI 48154, seeking to erect a single-family dwelling on property located on the north side of Broadmoor (29106) between Middlebelt and Harrison, resulting in deficient east and west side yard setbacks. Council resolution CR558-04 has waived the lot width and area requirements from an approved parcel division. APPEAL CASE NO. 2018-07-26: 6 Mid Plaza, LLC, (Ramiz Naman) 27013 Hampstead, Farmington Hills, MI 48331, seeking to maintain the storage of recreational vehicle(s) and construction equipment including trailers in the exterior parking lot, on property located on the south side of Six Mile (29423) between Oporto and Middlebelt, which is not allowed. APPEAL CASE NO. 2018-07-27: John G. Morris, north side of Oregon (33110) between Louisiana and Woodring, seeking to construct a kitchen and attached garage addition, resulting in deficient rear yard setback.
