APPEAL CASE NO. 2018-09-38: Farmcraft, LLC, 2232 South Main Street, #468,
Ann Arbor, MI 48103, on behalf of Lessee Quality Metalcraft, Inc., 33355 Glendale,
Livonia, MI 48150, seeking to construct an addition for office and warehouse use onto a
nonconforming building on property located on the west side of Farmington (12001)
between the CSX Railroad and Plymouth, resulting in deficient north side yard
setback. The nonconformity exists based on the existing north side yard setback of five
feet where twenty feet is required.
In accordance with Title II of the American with Disabilities Act as it pertains to access to Public Meetings, the Zoning Board of
Appeal’s Office of the City of Livonia upon adequate notice, will make reasonable accommodations for persons with special
