1. REQUEST TO DESIGNATE CONSULTANT THROUGH THE QUALIFICATION
BASED SELECTION (QBS) PROCESS: Engineering Division, re: to provide
planning services for the 2019 Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Education Campaign
not to exceed $23,000.00 which $18,825.60 will be reimbursed from the Federal
Grant fund and $4,174.50 match from the City of Livonia. (CR 365-16)
