APPEAL CASE NO. 2018-11-46: C & M Corporation, 2045 Amboy, Dearborn Heights, MI 48127, seeking to replace an existing ground sign with a new ground sign on property located on the north side of Five Mile (29102) between Cavour and Garden, resulting in excess sign height and area. APPEAL CASE NO. 2018-11-47: John Avey, east side of Fairlane (14560) between Five Mile and Lyndon, seeking to construct an addition to a nonconforming detached garage, previously granted by variance (2005-02-11). The proposed addition results in further excess garage area. APPEAL CASE NO. 2018-11-48: Redford West, LLC, 24350 Joy Road, Ste #4, Redford, MI 48239, seeking to maintain a six-foot-tall privacy fence, erected without a permit, without obtaining the adjoining property owners approval and placed even with the front building line, which is not allowed. Privacy fences cannot be placed beyond the mid-point between the front and back building line. The property is located on the west side of Inkster (8869) between Dover and Joy Road. APPEAL CASE NO. 2018-11-49: Donna Crechiolo, west side of Pere (9113) between Minton and Northfield, seeking to replace a six-foot-tall wood privacy fence with a five-foot-tall vinyl privacy fence without obtaining the adjoining property owners approval.
