Immonen for voting minutes of November 2017, seconded by R. Bakewell, ayes- 5 nays- 0 Correspondences- MOMCC conference in Minnesota March 8-10, 2018 State of the City address, March 15, 2018 Burton Manor, 11:30-1:30pm K.Glynn made a motion for up to $150 for state of the city address for a table, C. Immonen seconded, ayes-5 nays-0 Magazine subscriptions- Old House Journal, Preservation (included with membership) New/Old Business- Cemetery repair 6 Mile?- go back to Briggs this year and have repairs done? New fundraiser ideas: -Historic House calendar, we have 11 buildings and 4 cemeteries -special tour day with dressed interpreters, add it to Guns ā€˜Nā€™ Gowns in September, make 'candle lit tour' or during day 3-6 p.m. -historic dinner with time period dishes -Guns and Gowns, add to their event with extra events for a cost ndth Progressive dinner with city council, city officials- May 22 or 15, opening weekend th June 10. Livonia Center cemetery arch- complete! Greenmead ā€“ Hill House basement door, DUR door needs repairs/replacement thth Planning meeting in April, change date to Wednesday 11 5pm (from the 4) Current Issues Budget 2017-18- $5000 for year, up to $500 per stone (which is a large repair) allot some now for use this year? Motion by R. Bakewell for initial spending limit of $3,000 for cemetery repair and contracting repair company, seconded by K. Glynn, ayes- 5, nays- 0 Certified Local Government- will start the paperwork and then go to Linda McCann for appointment for council and mayor Re: survey district C. Immonen made a motion approve 2018 magazine subscriptions for up $75, seconded K. Glynn, ayes- 5, nays-0 Updates Working on new school, beams underneath are gone, basement foundation in, boarded basement windows and open upper for light. Start working on lean-to barn next week, had to wait for wood. Greenhouse, need about $70k, don't have enough and will wait until have for repairs and architect Painting in Shaw kitchen, hole in bungalow bedroom fixed. Historical Commission having windows cleaned this year. Walk on Items Classes at Greenmead?
