APPEAL CASE NO. 2018-12-52 (Tabled on December 11, 2018): Bradley Burns,
north side of Six Mile (31226) between Merriman and Cross Winds, seeking to
remove a detached garage and construct a new detached garage, while maintaining an
attached garage and shed (144 sq. ft.), resulting in excess number of garages and garage
area.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-01-01: Justin Buck, north side of Indiana (32802)
between Washington and Kentucky, seeking to store a commercial vehicle in the
driveway upon residential property, which is not allowed. Commercial vehicles must be
stored within the garage if stored on residential property.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-02-04: HF18, LLC (Sam Hammoud), 25896 Timber
Trail, Dearborn Heights, MI 48127, seeking to erect a new gas station with convenience
store on property located on the north side of Seven Mile (27430) between Inkster
and Rensellor, resulting in deficient lot area, deficient north side yard setback and
deficient number of parking spaces.
