APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-01-01: Justin Buck, north side of Indiana (32802) between Washington and Kentucky, seeking to store a commercial vehicle in the driveway upon residential property, which is not allowed. Commercial vehicles must be stored within the garage if stored on residential property. APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-02-04: HF18, LLC (Sam Hammoud), 25896 Timber Trail, Dearborn Heights, MI 48127, seeking to erect a new gas station with convenience store on property located on the north side of Seven Mile (27430) between Inkster and Rensellor, resulting in deficient lot area, deficient north side yard setback and deficient number of parking spaces.
