APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-01-03 (Tabled on January 22, 2019): Larry Conn, Jr.,
south side of Puritan (30551) between Merriman and Henry Ruff, seeking to
construct a detached garage, resulting in excess garage area and height. The existing
detached garage (17’x23’) and two sheds (15’x21’ and 10’x10’) all shall be removed.
APPEAL CASE NO. 2019-02-05: Ray McCormick, south side of Pembroke (30535)
between Purlingbrook and Flamingo, seeking to maintain an accessory building
constructed in the side yard and less than ten feet from the dwelling. All sheds must be in
the rear yard.
